A globally recognised charity located in the City is seeking a new Receptionist/Administrator to join their cohesive and hard working team located in tucked away offices close to London Bridge.

This role is a key hire for the business due to the ambassadorial nature of the role; you will be meeting high profile clients, colleagues and sponsors on a daily basis. The impression they gain from this person is vital due to the well known charity you would be representing. Service is at the heart of everything you do as is the fit within the close knit support team.

In this role you will be:

- acting as the first point of contact for all visitors

- coordinating meeting room management that will make full use of your strong logistical skills

- managing a switchboard answering all calls to business standards and directing calls accordingly

- organising couriers, conference calls and meeting rooms

- ensuring all meeting rooms are fit for purpose including internal training and client meetings

- support with inductions for new starters

- assisting with updating the database and ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date

- assist all teams with filing, printing, updating records and supporting the Office Manager with any administration duties

The Office Manager would be a supportive and collaborative line manager who wants to mentor and support someone who is passionate about working within the charity sector.

Attitude is key in this role as is this desire to want to move into a charitable setting and gain invaluable skills. You can demonstrate going the extra mile and delivering exceptional customer service and recognise that securing a role in this charity is the logical next step for you.
