Key responsibilities will involve:-

• Effectively managing the HR systems to ensure all personal details and records are kept
• Managing all HR administration including employment paperwork
• Analysing HR reports including headcount and turnover, candidate trackers, sickness and salary/bonus information
• Partnering with the Design and Account Management teams to help manage their graduate and inter programmes
• Managing their recruit and selection processes
• Welcoming all employees to the business and manging their introduction and induction
• Maintaining and applying the company policies
• Looking after the employees who are leaving the business
• Supporting and coaching the managers through the annual review processes and identifying training opportunities
• Ad hoc projects
