A Consultancy firm in the West End of London are currently looking for a Function Manager to work in one of their large teams. This role is all encompassing and would provide a really interesting workload. Duties will include people management, finance, reporting, project support and some team executive support. They are in lovely open planned offices, and they are a collaborative company who offer progression and a positive, fun working environment. This role would suit a motivated individual with some experience in project management.

Duties & requirements

• People management- HR, reward, recruitment, L&D
• Finance- purchase requisitions, processing invoices
• Meeting support & reporting- coordinating function meetings, outlining agendas, booking meeting rooms
• Project support- leading ad hoc projects
• Team executive support- diary management, travel schedules
• A hardworking attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Experience in project management would be ideal
