EA to CFO - Fab Post-Production Agency

A fab Post-Production company are looking for a superstar EA to join their cool London offices. You will be supporting the CFO, acting as his right-hand and getting involved with additional responsibilities across the top level of the company.

Your typical duties as EA will include extensive diary and travel coordination across multiple time zones, and managing last minute changes. You will screen calls and messages, take minutes at meetings and prepare documents/presentations. You will work as part of a team of EAs across the business, and help to organise events and socials on behalf of the team.

You MUST have relevant experience as an EA (3+ years), ideally within a creative industry. You must be particularly strong on Excel, but confident across the Microsoft packages generally. You must have a good business head and fantastic communication skills with people at all levels. You must be a competent multitasker and have an efficient and flexible way of working.
