Recruitment Consultant PR and Marketing Desk

The PR & Marketing Recruitment desk at May & Stephens is looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join a 'hot' desk with an ever growing client base. As part of the May & Stephens Group we are supported by a highly established brand name and this year are proud to be sharing a special 25th anniversary celebration. Job Responsibilities include:

- Working with an established client base to develop long-term relationships through first class delivery of top class candidates;
- Support candidates identify realistic and career enhancing opportunities within our client base;
- Visit clients to identify future recruitment requirements and understand business needs across different departments;
- Host in-depth interviews with candidates to ensure a true 'fit to business', not just a placement.
- Use your Consultative skills and experience to work with Clients to ensure they have a true picture of the market and availability of candidates.
