This is a responsible, multi-aspect role ensuring the smooth running of the department, looking after new starters, some HR responsibilities, facilities management, arranging entertainment and events, financial aspects and providing a PA service to the Department Head. To be a success in this Office Manager / PA role, you will have:

*Previous Office Management experience
*PA / secretarial skills and experience gained within professional services
*Extensive diary management experience
*Strong MS Office skills

Key accountabilities within this Office Manager / PA role include:

*PA support including extensive diary and email management
*Producing PowerPoint presentations
*Organising meetings
*Audio and copy typing and preparing documents, minutes, schedules etc
*Looking after new starters and assisting with inductions
*HR responsibilities including authorising holiday requests, logging absences
*Handling maternity issues such as risk assessments with pregnant employees
*Organising entertainment and events
*Office administration
*Facilities management
*Acting as a main point for contact for key clients
*Financial responsibilities such as reporting, compiling and processing expenses, dealing with invoices etc
