Based in W1 for an upmarket, international Property Consultancy, this Client Relationship Manager opportunity is an outstanding career role for a fluent English and Mandarin / Cantonese speaker to join the China Desk within the Residential Division.

As Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible or working with Chinese buyers, managing their property searches in the London market and assisting them throughout the Sales process. Although this is not a commission-based role, excellent interpersonal talents, a confident and persuasive personality and smart business dress are essential.

*Fluent English and Mandarin / Cantonese with the ability to carry out translations

*Introduction of new clients from Mainland China
*Acting as a point of contact for referrals

*Building and maintaining strong business relationships
*Translating from English to Chinese
