Facilities / Office Manager – Interior Design

Norma Skemp is looking for a Facilities /Office Manager to join an Interior Design Studio based in Chelsea.   

We are looking for a polished and experienced individual who is happy to muck in and get things done!  This role is working with a fantastic group of people in luxury offices, just off the Kings Road. The Manager’s main focus is to ensure the smooth running of the Studio including; IT, Health & Safety, office maintenance, Reception (managing the Receptionist) and general housekeeping.  Ensuring that all employees are able to work safely and efficiently.  Ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle a busy and forever changing workload.
