A renowned international investment bank with impressive offices in Canary Wharf requires an Expense and Travel Administrator.
Utilising your strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to multi-task you will monitor and process expense claims, invoices and travel requisitions ensuring they are in line with company policy.
Working autonomously, alongside a team, you will be a self- motivated, someone who builds rapport quickly and works well under pressure.

Skills / Experience required:
- MS Office skills
- Recent, similar, demonstrable experience gained within a Administration assistant role
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi task
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously whilst still being an integral part of the team
- This is a temporary ongoing role starting ASAP. You will therefore be immediately available.
