Our client, a leading medical and pharmaceutical firm, is seeking temporary cover to provide PA and administrative support on a temporary basis.
This is a sickness cover, to start immediately and is initially confirmed for two weeks, with the possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling correspondence, arranging internal and external meetings, booking travel, and updating the supplier database, as well as minuting at meetings as and when required.
Other PA support will include arranging events, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met, to include the scanning of important documentation and management of email inboxes.
To secure this role, we require a candidate with PA or secretarial experience within medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical, as well as excellent MS Office skills.
You will be able to organise a busy and varied workload, communicate at all levels, and most importantly - hit the ground running!
