Junior Assistant - Investment Banking

We have a great opportunity for a team assistant, administrator who loves to organise and enjoys assisting very busy people!  Our client are looking for two new assistants to join their Investment team to assist the PA/EA's with lots of ad-hoc duties.  Duties will include compiling PowerPoint presentations, booking travel, arranging meetings, answering busy phones and general administration such as opening post, photocopying etc.  This would be a great role for someone keen to work in Finance/Investment Banking as huge scope to learn and progress within this prestigious firm.  You will have excellent IT skills (especially PP) and be friendly, willing and happy to 'muck in'.  Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills also required.
