Your new role
This is an extremely busy receptionist and administration position. You will be responsible for all front of house duties, such as meeting and greeting guests and monitoring the visitors book. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will be answering and managing calls and passing them through to the relevant person/department,. You will be responsible for organising and distributing the company post. You will also be responsible for administrative duties, such as maintaining and updating spreadsheets, general filing and administration and carrying out invoicing.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to have previous experience in a Reception role. Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. You will need to be computer literate and confident with Excel and spreadsheets. You will need to have good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
