Senior HR Advisor - West Drayton

As a Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for all ER and performance management issues for one site of a large group with daily support and infrastructure provided by the group HR Team.. Your days will never be the same as you will be working in a fast changing and proactive environment.

On a daily basis you will:

• Hit the ground running with employee investigations, disciplinary, grievances and appeals
• Have an up to date knowledge of HR, employment law development and best HR practices
• Own, advise and update policies and procedures throughout the UK
• Support, advise and train managers and supervisors on all policies and legislations
