Assistant Surveyor, Central London, £25-35k

The Company

What you will be doing?

You will be working on a range of projects and ensuring they run smoothly from initiation to completion. You will be assisting the Surveyor on site visits to properties, information gathering, photograph sites, processing and updating client files back in the office. You will be doing research, drafting documents and preparing reports.

What they are looking for?

To be successfully part of this team, you should have worked in a commercial surveying capacity with around 1-2 years experience. Understanding urban planning and design would be highly desirable and will allow you to share your knowledge within the role. Experience of report writing, especially Schedules of Conditions. Employees of this company tend to be self-starters, very proactive people who can manage their own workload and keep clients abreast of developing situations. You should be people-centric, have a professional yet friendly attitude who clients and colleagues can depend on at all times. This is a busy role and you need to be able to work well under pressure and prioritise your day efficiently. Development opportunities could be available in the long term. The salary parameters are level of experience dependant.
