Team Assistant - Financial PR

My client, a global financial PR agency are looking for a bright Team Assistant to join their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment for a leading agency. You will ideally be immediately available and be able to hit the ground running. You will be the go to person for a team of 12 staff.

Key Team Assistant duties include diary management, planning international travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, booking corporate entertainment, preparing documents, writing press releases, tracing social media. You will also act as the press/client contact for the team. You must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
