Team Assistant / Office Manager – City – Investment Firm - £25,000 to £30,000

Our Client, an Investment Firm based in the City, is looking for a Team Assistant / Office Manager to join their team.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and problem solving skills; be adaptable and reliable; and have the ability to use discretion at all times.

As the first point of contact you will meet and greet guests; answer incoming calls; arrange conference calls for the CEO; maintain the facilities and management of the office; organise meetings and support the team and the CEO with travel bookings.  You will also organise events and assist with supporting the HR function.

This is an all round position which will involve Team Assistant and Office Manager duties.  If you are looking for a role where you can take responsibility of a variety of tasks and enjoy being the go to person then this is the ideal role for you.

Excellent IT knowledge is essential with the ability to use a range of software packages.
