Who will you be working for?

Our client, a craft beer specialist based in North London is looking for an HR Administrator Co-ordinator. A newly created role this will offer you the opportunity to work alongside a great HR Manager and to get fully immersed in all matters relating to human resources.

What will you be doing?

  • Administration of all HR areas including recruitment, induction, performance reviews, KPIs, absence reporting and project work.
  • Organise interviews and oversee all necessary actions relating to these.
  • Overseeing the process of on-boarding and induction.
  • Producing regular analysis reports.
  • Taking own areas of responsibility in key HR areas.

What will you need?

  • This is a new role so a resourceful and approachable working style is needed.
  • HR administration experience of one year plus.
  • Excel and Outlook proficiency.
  • Superb communication skills and a happiness to work with others.
  • A good eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • An interest in the concept of craft beer and the industry.
  • If a four day working week is preferred this could be considered (the salary will then be on a pro-rata basis).
