Legal Executive Assistant to Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & team – working for a leading and inspirational global beauty firm, London

Are you a Legal EA/PA looking to work for a leading global beauty company where everyone is hugely invested in and passionate about what they do?

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Legal Executive Assistant to come on board to work closely with their Legal team.

As a Senior Level Executive Assistant, you will be working to provide top support to the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and team (2 in total but ad hoc work for other members). The successful candidate will be highly efficient and able to manage complex global travel arrangements, diaries and appointments across time zones. Managing expenses, purchase orders and organising events/meetings will also be key.

You will be extremely personable with a professional yet friendly communication style and keen eye for detail. You will understand the importance of sensitivity and discretion when working with highly confidential information.

You will be a team player, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent communications kills, be a pro-active thinker with a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach.

Excellent written and verbal skills are required with high level Microsoft Office skills.
