A global investment bank based in the West End are looking for an Executive Assistant, to support a Client focussed team from Directors to MD level; This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting at a senior level; you will have a calm, confident demeanour as you will be communicating at all levels of seniority whilst juggling several tasks at any one time.
This role incorporates a variety of duties; extensive diary management for the senior team, as well as providing ad hoc support for the rest of the team; co-ordinating international travel, preparation of itineraries, processing expense claims, devising board packs and other documentation, as well as providing cover for other assistants.
Skills/experience required
- Ability to work in a proactive manner, and prioritise a busy workload
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have a discrete, confidential manner
