Our client, a high end Knightsbridge hotel are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated permanent PA, to join the association assisting the hotel management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Heavy diary management
  • Ensure professional and effective use of the telephones.
  • Ensure effective working of the filing system.
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing activities including Food and Beverage promotions, handling of VIP’s, Christmas Party Bookings, etc.
  • Process essential documentation and provide adequate supplies of stationary for the Executive office.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times, to ensure personal safety and the safety of colleagues and visitors to the hotel and to report anything which may jeopardise safety to your manager upon discovery including actions of fellow colleagues.
  • Achieve and maintain the highest possible levels of customer service to both external and internal customers at all times in accordance with Hotel policy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within hotel or high end retail industry
  • High levels of IT skills
  • Enthusiastic, professional approach
