A highly successful investment banking company, based in Canary Wharf are currently seeking an Administrator in their expense team.
As the Expense and Travel Administrator you will be responsible for auditing expenses submitted for reimbursement, pre-approving travel and running aggregate reports for BU managers. It is required that you understand, interpret and explain any area documented in the Firm's Travel and Expense Policy.
You must have the ability to build strong relationships, be confident and proactive and will need to anticipate problems and resolve issues independently by applying good judgment to the existing policies.
