Temporary Corporate Receptionist/Team Administrator
Private Equity Firm based in Central London is actively recruiting for a EXCELLENT calibre Receptionist who is immaculately presented and on the ball. This will be working in a dynamic and hardworking office with scope to grow and develop. This is much more than a Front of House position as there will also be extended Team assistant duties and basic office management.
This role will encompass Reception and Team Admin duties such as:
- Managing Front of House
- Meet and greet clients
- Office and meeting room management
- Ordering kitchen supplies, stationery
- Team Assistant duties
The Ideal candidate will likely be/have:
- Corporate reception experience
- Well spoken, immaculately presented
- Dynamic, upbeat and organised
- Team player with a muck in attitude
This role will pay up to £13/hr depending on experience.
