HR Officer

HR Officer – Boutique Law Firm - £40k-£45k

If you have the CIPD or your HR Degree and 2-3 years’ experience as a HR Advisor or HR Officer then our client would love to hear from you.

Initially on a 14 month fixed term contract this will be full generalist role where you will be involved with everything from recruitment and ER to payroll, benefits and training. Reporting directly to the partners and the CEO you will also get involved in strategy and planning so it’s key that you are confident and able to communicate effectively at senior level.

They are a boutique firm of under a hundred staff so this is a busy role that will need you to be flexible, adaptable and able to not only come up with ideas, but put them in place.

You will have the support of a HR Administrator, and will work closely with the heads of finance, IT and the other key stakeholders across the firm.

What they are looking for is a bright, dynamic, confident HR Advisor or HR Officer looking or a new challenge. CIPD or a HR Degree is strongly desired and experience running a busy payroll is essential. Ideal candidates with have 2-3 years’ experience at HR Advisor level or 5 years’ experience in HR and demonstrable experience operating at this level of responsibility and autonomy.
