We are seeking an Aftersales Administrator to join our client site near Battersea, London.
Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure the smooth operation of the client site
• Ensuring you meet brand standards at all time
• Liaising with the sales team and keeping customers fully informed
• Updating the daily log accurately
• Working Front of House and hosting as per rota requirements
• To cover switchboard and congestion charge departments, as per rota requirements
• Rotate to different roles in Aftersales as required
• Remain focused, professional & customer orientated at all times
• Liaise with other team members to ensure information accuracy on all systems.
• To be part of the drive to continually develop the customer experience
• To be proactive in all customer service duties in line with the site service standards
• To do regular stock takes and order stock though the facilities help desk
• Take on administrative tasks from the onsite aftersales team i.e. filling
• To produce job cards daily accurately and promptly
• Contact customer to advise of collection and delivery times
• Offering and serving refreshments provided by BMW
• Keep all items needed to serve customers fully stocked up with additional stock kept on hand to replenish regularly
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good systems knowledge and a passion for customer service. Knowledge of the automotive industry will be a distinct advantage.
