The role of Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic team in their London office as an Administrator supporting the education sector nationally and internationally.

The role will involve a range of project based and administrative tasks including reception duties, processing event bookings and creating event packs and also supporting the membership team to ensure that all members receive their membership benefits.

The role is varied and involves maintaining a flexible approach.

As a learning organisation, we would expect you to have a willingness to work flexibly and continually develop your competence and knowledge. You will have good literacy skills including a high standard of written and verbal communication skills. Good levels of numeracy skills are required, as is the ability to use a range of IT based software packages. You will have good attention to detail.

Our client is an independent membership organisation with 2000 members including primary, secondary and special educational needs schools.
