Our Client, an established family run Property Business are seeking a confident Office Manager / PA to join their City team.
They are looking for a strong individual to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis as well as supporting the Chief with essential PA duties.
PA Duties will include:
*Diary management
*Arrange meetings
*Travel arrangements
*Typing letters and reports - Audio or Copy typing
*Field telephone calls and take messages
*Scanning incoming and outgoing correspondence for filing
*Arrange refreshments for meetings
Office Manager Duties will include:
*Managing office budgets
*Managing office stationary and making any necessary orders
*Dealing with all in-coming post
*General administrative duties including filing, scanning
*Meet and greet visitors
*Organise staff meetings typing any agenda's and taking minutes
The successful candidate should have both office management and PA experience ideally from a similar industry.
Strong MS skills is essential and knowledge of Sage 200 and Sage payroll would be a huge advantage.
Salary up to £40,000
