We are recruiting on behalf of our client for German speaking sales support candidates across London. These are exciting, diverse roles that will allow you to use your German and English skills on a daily basis as well as supporting busy sales teams.
Duties include but are not limited to :
Checking sales bookings within the company CRM system
Interpreting and processing information for other teams and departments
Liaising with internal customers
Promoting and supporting CRM adoption
Providing accurate and efficient administration, information and analysis to the sales team.
Providing the necessary information to the consultant to make sure the internal
questionnaires are prepared in due time
Following up with the consultant if necessary
Going through documents with clients, ensuring clients understand which
documents and information are required
Translating emails with the list of documents from English to German if necessary
Making follow-up calls with the clients and gathering all necessary information
Coordinating with the registration team to make sure that all necessary information is provided and all client's questions are clarified
Dealing with client's queries, complaints, concerns and making sure the people from the correct departments address those and take action
Arranging follow up calls or e:mails.

The ideal candidate will :
Speak German and English to mother tongue standard
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be self motivated, proactive and highly organised
Have solid client service skills
Data analysis skills are also desirable
Account management or customer service experience would be highly advantageous
