£20,000 plus shift allowance

An exciting position has arisen to work in a highly successful and growing company who due to continued expansion are seeking to grow their inbound customer services team. You will be someone who thrives in busy demanding environments, builds rapport with ease and are able to nurture relationships for the future. A genuine love for providing excellent service and someone who will get excited by the brand they are working for would be ideal for this role. Confidence is key in this role due to the amount of time spent on the phone and email. 

The role will involve:
  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with customer queries

  • Able to coordinate orders to ensure seamless support through the customer journey.

  • Using your initiative to promote the brand

  • Able to work on a shift pattern between 7am-8.30pm (5 days out of 7)
It is important that candidates have impeccable written and spoken English. A natural interest in people, customers and brands. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain an entry level role in a global business. 

Roles within this business do operate on a shift system which includes weekends and bank holidays. (7.00am – 8.30pm on a rota basis 5 days out of 7)
