PA to two Partners

We have a fantastic opportunity to work as a PA within the Sponsorship division of a Sports Agency.  You will be the PA for two well respected and senior Partners who are well known within the industry.  They have exceptionally high standards and are extremely detailed orientated; they are looking for a PA who can organise their lives and add value to the business.  You will be their gatekeeper and act as their ambassador within the office.  In addition, you will have office manager responsibilities and as their PA, you will be the glue that holds the office together in their absence.  Typical PA duties will include; busy diary management, complex travel arrangements, acting as a gatekeeper within the office and with external clients, booking lunches and dinners, liaising with clients and senior sports people within the industry, along with ad hoc PA duties as required.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work as the PA for two inspirational Partners in a role where you will be able to add value.  If you are an experienced PA who is dedicated to being the best PA they can be, please apply immediately.  Knowledge of sports or working within the sporting industry is key.  Apply immediately to avoid disappointment!
