My client, an award winning gaming company are looking for an amazing Senior Office Manager/PA to join their team on a 1 year maternity contract. You will be based in their amazing Central London offices with all sorts of creative and vibrant people. You will be the go to person for most so must be confident dealing with all sorts of people and be meticulously organised. You will be rewarded with a generous salary and great benefits.
Your typical PA duties will include: adhoc diary management support to the MD, assisting the outer team in organising meetings, preparing presentations for internal and external meetings, organising meetings, working closely with the MD to improve processes across the company departments whilst also managing the Admin Assistant in the office.
Your typical Project duties will include: managing a large office move, attending and preparing partner proposals, improving processes with current vendors and suppliers, organising staff entertainment and team building exercises, submitting award applications, managing the team conference and much more.
You must have previous experience within an Office Management position preferably in a tech agency environment and at least 4 years’ worth. You must have strong communication skills both written and verbally. You must have a proactive and positive outlook, and remain cheerful even in busy and stressful situations.
