Top tier US law firm with stunning City based offices are looking to hire a new Legal Development Coordinator to manage all administrative aspects within the team and assist with ad-hoc project work.  Responsibilities will include scheduling all learning programmes, booking rooms and managing invitations, assisting the L&D Managers with all administrative tasks relating to internal and external training programmes, managing related expenses, organising and managing the administration relating to development plan meetings and review briefings, managing the process of booking individuals on external courses, organising any coaching requirements and handling all queries relating to lawyer CPD.  As the department is responsible for the Lawyer and Graduate recruitment for the firm, you will also be required to assist with any administration assistance for the team.  Candidates should possess 2 years+ Legal Development experience within a City law firm and have excellent administrative and organisational skills and should be able to work well within a busy team.  Strong Microsoft Office skills are also essential for this position.  Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.
