Our client, a leading name in the commercial property industry, is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to join their busy HR Team.

Learning & Development Administrator - Duties:

- Supporting the L&D Manager in delivering London and Regional Training Days
- Supporting with a range of L&D projects and initiatives
- Organising, coordinating and administering all training, to include technical training and
CPD
- Liaising with training providers
- Processing related invoicing
- Ensuring appraisal follow up actions have taken place
- Preparing training related correspondence

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a Learning & Development function in the professional services
sector
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- An eye for detail
- Strong Excel skills, and general MS Office proficiency
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A team player who can also work on their initiative
