Our client, a leading light in the commercial property and building sector, are seeking a strong Administrator with a keen interest in Human Resources, and the Learning & Development function, to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.
Assisting the HR department, in particular the L&D Manager, with all administrative coordination, the first 12 months of this role will offer a strong focus on Learning & Development function, with the potential of a more generalist support function over time.
You will be responsible for supporting the Learning & Development Manager in delivering training days, organising and coordinating all technical and professional skills training, undertaking duties such as sourcing rooms, liaising with delegates, and processing training related invoicing.
Other responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of all training and development, providing feedback, preparing management reports as and when required, and supporting with any Learning & Development related projects.
To secure this role, you will need to possess strong Administrative experienced gained within a medium to large professional services firm, and ideally an exposure to the Human Resources, and Learning and Development function.
My client is seeking a candidate with exceptional organisational and time management skills, and a meticulous attention to detail which will allow them to ensure all processes are as efficient as possible.
You will also need to possess a flexible and adaptable working style, and be happy to take on projects outside of your usual scope if required - the perfect opportunity for a candidate with a real thirst for knowledge!
Strong numeracy, proficiency in MS Office, and a good working knowledge of Excel, are also essential.
