Our client, a leading professional services firm with offices nationwide, is seeking an Events Assistant to join the talented team in their Leicester office.
Working within the Clients & Markets team, the Events Assistant will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of a number of regional events, with involvement from pre-event planning through to on the day event management.
The Events Assistant will be responsible for preparing client lists, dealing with logistics such as venue booking, site visits and briefing sessions, as well as preparing HTML mailers, collating bespoke event materials, and taking ownership of post-event management such as compiling feedback reports and follow-up communications.
Other ad hoc duties within this role will include managing the event inbox, assisting with website content, using research tools to develop mailing lists, and supporting the wider team with budget monitoring.
To secure this rare Events Assistant opportunity, you will possess a degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, and ideally exposure to the legal or professional services industries.
A working knowledge of social media will be essential, as will strong writing skills. You must also be comfortable with travelling to the firm's offices nationwide when required.
