PA to MD (Luxury Goods)

We are looking for a 'tip-top' polished and lovely PA, Team Assistant to support MD and 2 Directors of a prestigious Luxury Goods company based in the West End.  This is a new role so there is plenty of opportunity to 'make the role your own' and get truly involved in the Business.  You will be managing diaries, talking to clients, overseeing social media, updating spreadsheets, organising lunches and client events and all the usual PA duties.  They are a great, very professional and successful team who would be a joy to work for.  You will ideally have a few years in a similar type role (luxury goods a bonus) and have excellent IT and interpersonal skills.  It is key you are used to dealing with clients etc in a warm and friendly manner and be very much a 'team player'.
