Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their Reading based office.

Description
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Process all relevant information and administration to a high level of detail
- Take incoming phone calls from Customers and Clients to resolve issues and answer queries
- Provide support to internal departments- ability to build a network
- Following up with clients/ customer who have outstanding issues and maintaining a good relationship until resolution
Profile
The Customer Service Representative should have the following qualities:
- Ability to multitask and move between numerous task at once
- Great attention to details and ability to pick up on errors
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Enjoyment of providing great service
