Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their Reading based office.

Description

The Customer Service Representative will:

  • Process all relevant information and administration to a high level of detail
  • Take incoming phone calls from Customers and Clients to resolve issues and answer queries
  • Provide support to internal departments- ability to build a network
  • Following up with clients/ customer who have outstanding issues and maintaining a good relationship until resolution

Profile

The Customer Service Representative should have the following qualities:

  • Ability to multitask and move between numerous task at once
  • Great attention to details and ability to pick up on errors
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Enjoyment of providing great service
