Full time Personal Assistant for Global Beauty Brand, Great opportunity!

My client is on the search for an experienced PA/EA to join a well-known Beauty and Skincare brand.

You must be a highly professional and well-presented PA that enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have an interest in working within the Marketing and Digital team.

Please only apply if you have supported at a senior level. Experience in Marketing and Digital is preferred.

Key tasks & candidate requirements

• Creating PowerPoint presentations
• Complex diary management (across time zones)
• International travel
• Expenses, purchases orders
• Organising lunches/catering and team meetings
• Take calls/messages, respond to emails, open and check post and pass on
• When required deal with any personal issues/paperwork
• Responsible for recording holiday and sickness information for the Corporate office
• Responsible for stationery, incoming and outgoing mail

You will be the required to have the following

• An interest in the fashion industry is essential
• Must hold a presentable, polished and confident attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and towards deadlines
• Previous PA experience is essential
• Supported at Senior level
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Interest in digital media
• Media savvy
• It is key that the individuals have ‘can do’ – ‘hands on approach’ and work as a team with the other EA’s/PA’s supporting
• Previous solid PA experience required, potentially within a marketing/creative environment.
