Our client, a top tier US & international law firm here in London, is looking to hire a Senior Facilities Assistant to provide a pro-active administrative service to all fee earners and support staff, ensuring that the needs of the client are met and assisting in the running of the Back Office and supporting the Facilities Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: postal deliveries, courier booking, reprographic duties, assisting with the ordering of office supplies, setting up meeting rooms, liaising with security, ensuring work stations are set up correctly and general housekeeping duties alongside any other ad hoc duties as required to assist the Facilities Manager.


In order to be considered for this position, applicants must have 2-3 years’ experience of working within City or US law firm with a strong IT proficiency and a professional, flexible and adaptable approach. This is a highly desirable position for an experienced Facilities Assistant to work within an elite US and International law  firm and the full-time position is permanent, paying a salary of up to £32,000 per annum.
