Evening DTP Operator

We are looking for a Senior Presentations Specialist to work on the 4:00pm to Midnight shift on a 3-month contract with a view to extend ongoing.

As the Senior Presentations Specialist you will use your advanced PowerPoint skills to efficiently and accurately create and format documents such as pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements and other types of client presentations.

Knowledge of advanced applications such as MapInfo, advanced Excel charting, Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage.

You will work as part of a global Presentations team that all work very closely together.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience working as a DTP Operator/Presentations Operator with:

• Advanced level PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Excellent communication skills, you will be liaising with colleagues globally as well as senior stakeholders locally
• Knowledge of advanced applications such as MapInfo, advanced Excel charting, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to fulfil Express Desk or Help Desk roles

This is a 3 month contract with a view to work ongoing, working on the 4pm to Midnight shift - please only apply if you are happy with this shift on a long term basis.
