Job description: Team Assistant

You will be supporting the front office and possible other teams at the London office in Mayfair, where you are likely to be involved in a very broad mix of activities, in the fast pace environment of investment banking.  They can offer you an attractive learning opportunity and a rewarding work experience in a creative and entrepreneurial corporate culture.  

The main duties of the Team Assistant consist of, but are not limited to:

- Organise logistics for sales meetings

- Create documents and print copies

- Monitor and update statistics

- Update and amend the CRM online system

- Organise focus calls for clients

- Greet clients ahead of meetings

- Maintain the weekly and holiday diaries for the team

- Cover for incoming phone calls destined to the team

- Update and amend the CRM online system

- Cover for holidays as required for research assistants

Requirements:

- Must have successful previous team secretary or PA experience involving

- Must have fluent French and English

- Diary management

- Travel management

- Excel / Word / PowerPoint

- Preferred previous experience in Financial Services
