I have an immediately available temp to perm role available for an Leading Global Insurance firm supporting a 2 x board members. This is a busy demanding role requiring an EA who has previous exposure to senior management, or ideally board level within the Insurance industry.

• extensive diary management
• arranging meetings on and off site
• booking international travel
• arranging visa
• processing expenses
• preparing detailed presentations
• acting as gatekeeper for all calls and emails#
• HR exposure

This is a true one to one position, where you will work in partnership with the board member offering direct one to one secretarial support.You must be professional, articulate and be a quick thinker. Great opportunity for a rare one to one role in the city.
