Our client, an international, boutique investment house, based in the City, are seeking a Head of Management services for a 1 year maternity contract. This role is an essential part of the overall support to the Management and Fund Desk in providing administrative support and task initiation/monitoring covering both internal administrative services and client and fund provider matters.

This would suit an Office Manager with Facilities exposure who is looking for a varied and busy, hands on role within a team spirited company.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with the ability to work within a fast paced and ever changing environment. You must possess advanced IT skills and be able to adapt to new tasks as quickly as possible.

  • Administrative support to the Fund Desk marketing team, production of brochures and customer hand-outs and report production
  • Distribution of annual report and other marketing material
  • Taking minutes, collecting papers and all secretarial functions for the Committee
  • Organising meetings and business trips for Management and Head of Departments including all hotel, travel and currency arrangements
  • Reconciliation of expenses
  • Provide Oversight of Management Services function including supervision of Office Services Assistant & cover where necessary
