Specialist solicitors firm based in The City are in need of a temporary Office Manager for an immediate start

Your new company
A specialist solicitors that believes in providing a high quality level of service and legal advice. Based in the city, they are in search of a Temporary Office Manager to help manage their office based in the city for a couple of months. They are a very niche firm, specialising and excelling in their field of work, with a number of solicitors with decades of experience within the industry. The position has become available due to the current Office Manager moving into a Trainee Solicitor position.

Your new role
You will be managing the office ensuring everything runs smoothly, you will not have any one reporting directly into you but it will be your job to provide administration and secretarial support to all members of staff. You will be reporting into the Managing Director. It will be your duty to handle calls and e-mails and direct these to the correct individual or team. You will be given small projects, be in charge of stationary orders, diary management and travel bookings.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a highly organised and professional individual with expereince within the legal industry. You will have to be able to work independently, so a highly motivated and driven will be some of the attributes that will enable you to succeed. You will be using Microsoft programmes on a Mac, so experience using a Mac is also preferable.
