EA to CEO of Boutique Private Equity Firm

An opportunity has arisen for a polished and impressive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a boutique private equity firm based in Mayfair. Our client requires a dynamic candidate who has at least five years’ experience of working in a finance/corporate environment.

You will be able to prioritise and be flexible within this fast-paced role, dealing with changeable diaries, travel arrangements and multiple schedules. The role is focused on being the eyes and ears of the CEO, therefore you will be personable and work well under pressure alongside the rest of the busy team. You will be able to work autonomously with a proactive and positive approach.

Ideally University educated, the successful candidate will be driven and have strong attention to detail. You should be confident in hitting the ground running in this busy role and quickly becoming a key member of this prestigious company.
