My client, a very successful Accountancy firm, are looking for a Secretary.
Based within their City offices you will be providing secretarial support to a small team of Partners.
Duties will include;
*diary management
*scheduling meetings and conferences
*arranging travel
*assist with the billing process as well as the due diligence processes
*transcribe from digital dictation
You will also assist with any other secretarial / admin tasks required by the team.
This very varied role requires somebody who is well organised, proactive and bright. Somebody who is calm under pressure, able to multitask and is a confident character with a professional and flexible approach.
You must have experience within a similar Partner Level Secretarial role and ideally have worked within Accountancy or Legal before. You should also hold excellent proof reading and typing skills - especially experience of digital dictation.
This is a 12mth FTC so you should be available immediately and happy to commit for the full year duration of this contract.
