Receptionist/Office Manager for West end corporate company.
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with a positive and upbeat demeanor, strong IT and administration skills to join a busy West end based corporate organisation in their Front of House team. As well as front desk duties you will also manage day to day office management duties such as ordering of supplies, liaising with maintenance providers over any issues, maintaining registers, licences, health and safety and fire requirements.
The role involves:
- Providing a front office Reception service
- Managng the switchboard
- Assisting PA's with overflow administration and travel arrangements
- Day to day office managment duties
- Liasion with building managment and maintenance providers for any issues
