Temporary Team Assistant

Organising incredibly complex UK and international diary management and travel coordination - visas / time zones / multiple changes, etc.

Supporting several managers at any one time as part of a dedicated project team working with a range of well recognised clients.

Strong organisational skills are required in this fast paced and hands on role - you will be the go to person responsible for keeping things running smoothly.

You will have at least two years' experience working for a global organisation supporting a team at the highest level.

Experience in coordinating international travel and complex diary management is essential
