My client, a large international Accountancy firm, are looking for a switched-on PA for a 6month fixed term contract.
Working within their IT division your role will be to provide all admin and secretarial support to the Head of Department and wider floor. Duties including diary management, meeting coordination, managing travel and schedules, processing purchase orders and invoices as well as monthly expense reports. You will also schedule and manage calendars for the department and be the first point of call for any admin needs.
This organisation really reward and look after their staff and provide a fantastic environment to work in.
To start asap; you will be employed by the firm on a 6mth FTC basis. This is a newly created role and there is every possibility it could go perm at the end of that initial contract.
They require a proactive, bright candidate who has previous in a busy Team support role.
You should also have good IT skills and high attention to detail.
Being professional, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels is essential - as well as being a dynamic individual with a good sense of humour.
