EA to Chief Finance & Marketing Officers – FTSE 250 Company

This is a great opportunity to join a prestigious plc in a senior level EA role supporting at executive board level – the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer.  You will need to be a great communicator and highly organised to set up meetings and conferences in the UK and abroad as well as video conferences and Skype interviews across many time zones.  A proactive approach is required to anticipate needs and actively manage their emails, delegating and actioning tasks where appropriate while keeping them informed of any issues.  There is a busy diary to organise too, plus travel itineraries, flights, visas, hotels etc.  Competent PowerPoint skills are needed to prepare presentations and reports for the board always working to a deadline.  

This role would suit a proactive personality with energy and enthusiasm who is confident liaising between board members, the CEO and other senior directors both in the UK an overseas as well as executive search companies, brokers, lawyers, shareholders and banks. You’ll be the type that likes to plan ahead, get involved and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

A solid PA employment record providing support at board level within a plc is required for this role along with strong attention to detail and proficient MS Office skills including PP.
