Award-winning strategy and transformation consultancy based in the heart of buzzing Mayfair is seeking a PA to the Partner Group.  You will be coming on board to provide first-class secretarial support to up to 6 busy Partners in the firm.   You will be supporting them day-to-day on a full-time basis with a range of scheduling, travel arrangement, and office administrative duties. 

This will be a busy and diverse role in an established and growing consultancy practice, where no two days will be the same and the Partners will depend on your own exceptional levels of organisation, time management, communication skills and attention to detail.  Your ability to quickly create a solid, trusted relationship with them will be important.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary, travel and meeting organisation.
  • Dealing with FTSE 250 PAs to set up and confirm meetings.
  • A range of office administration duties to support the smooth running of the practice week-to-week, including document management and archiving.
  • Liaising and working closely with our marketing and finance team.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and is comfortable communicating at all levels of seniority up to Chief Executive, combined with high energy levels and an outgoing, personable manner.  You must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will sometimes be working under pressure and to tight deadlines.  

Note, this is also a consultancy that is not afraid to have fun. The successful candidate is most likely to be someone who can demonstrate drive, self-organisation, a talent for administration and multi-tasking, adaptability, poise under pressure, a sense of humour, and ideally has previous experience as a PA in a professional services environment. MS Office suite skills a must, particularly Outlook.
